摘要
HPV16的多态性即是指自然发生的HPV16型内变异 ,病毒基因组中不足 2 %碱基突变可造成病毒生物学特性的改变 ,变异的病毒与不同遗传背景的宿主相互作用影响HPV感染的转归 ,了解HPV16多态性对明确宫颈癌的发生和运用免疫学策略预防HPV16相关疾病提供新的思路。
