APAIS评分评估国人术前焦虑状态的可靠性

摘要
目的评价阿姆斯特丹术前焦虑和信息评分(APAIS评分)评估国人术前焦虑状态的可靠性。方法择期手术患者160例, 性别不限, 年龄18~60岁, ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级。术前访视时分别采用APAIS评分和状态-特质焦虑问卷中的状态焦虑量表(S-AI量表)对患者行焦虑状态评估。计算总体焦虑评分和信息需求评分的克隆巴氏系数。设定总体焦虑评分判断术前严重焦虑的4个阈值分别为10、11、12和13分, 以S-AI量表作标准, 总体焦虑评分与S-AI量表进行一致性分析。结果总体焦虑评分和信息需求评分的克隆巴赫系数分别为0.84和0.71。总体焦虑评分判断术前严重焦虑的阈值为12分时, 与S-AI量表一致性较高, Kappa值0.62, 95%可信区间0.46~0.78, 灵敏度为0.71, 特异度为0.90, 阳性预测值为0.78。结论 APAIS评分可用于国人术前焦虑状态的评估。
