<正>血栓前状态(prothrombotic state)的实验诊断包括血管内皮细胞,血小板,凝血因子,抗凝物质,纤溶系统和血液流变学等方面的检测,若能密切结合临床和其他检查,并作综合分析,这对研究血栓形成机制和诊治血栓性疾病都有重要的意义。近年来,随着血栓与止血基础与临床的发展,血栓前状态的实验检测也有了很大的发展,本文结合国内情况和临床应用就若干进展作一简述。一、血管内皮细胞的松驰因子和收缩因子测定
