<正>胆囊结石合并胆总管结石（common bile duct stone,CBDS）占胆道结石的10%33%,不同年龄患病率有一定差异[1]。开腹手术行胆囊切除联合胆总管切开取石或内镜下乳头括约肌切开术（endoscopic sphincterotomy,EST）是该病的标准治疗方案。在过去的10余年里,腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC）已经取代开腹胆
