新型农村合作医疗部分负担制度对农户住院层级选择行为的影响研究

摘要：

本文以福建省农户为研究对象,通过问卷调查数据,应用嵌套式Logit(Nested Logit)计量模型实证考察了新型农村合作医疗部分负担的制度安排对农户住院就医层级选择行为的影响,希望能借此了解农户就医层级的选择模式及影响因素。结果显示,起付线、报销比例对农户住院层级选择的影响不具有统计显著性,而医院距离则对农户住院选择行为产生了显著的负面影响。这说明,现有新农合部分负担制度设计没有有效的引导农户就医行为。
