生物体内一氧化氮化学作用机制的研究进展

摘要
一氧化氮(NO)作为1种具有生物活性的气体小分子,具有特殊的理化性质,它在生物体内发生的各类反应决定了对生物细胞所起的作用。该文综述了NO的基本性质和近年来NO在生物体内化学作用机制的研究概况,包括与氧气、超氧离子、金属离子、硫醇、其它自由基的直接反应和生物分子的间接反应,试图阐明生物体内NO的多种生理调节机制的化学本质。并对生物体内NO的研究方向进行了评述。
