心理干预对D型人格PCI患者术后情绪及生活质量的影响

摘要：

目的:探讨心理干预对D型人格经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者术后情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:将100例D型人格PCI患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施心理干预,两组患者在干预前和干预12周后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)进行疗效评价。结果:干预组干预12周后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,SAS和SDS得分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预可以有效减轻D型人格PCI患者术后焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。
