幽门螺杆菌对胃癌患者预后的影响

摘要：

目的通过Meta分析胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌感染情况与其预后的关系。方法检索1990-2016年间Pub Med、Cochrane、CNKI数据库中涉及幽门螺杆菌与胃癌预后的研究,以风险比(HR)和95%置信区间(95%CI)为合并指标分析幽门螺杆菌感染胃癌患者与幽门螺杆菌阴性胃癌患者之间总体生存率(OS)、无瘤生存率(DFS)的差异,并通过亚组分析了解可能的原因。结果共纳入符合条件的研究19篇,总共包括4 097例患者。结果显示幽门螺杆菌阳性胃癌患者的OS比阴性患者好(HR:0.71,95%CI:0.56～0.85)。亚组分析中,亚洲地区人群OS的HR为0.76(95%CI:0.52～0.99);欧美地区人群OS的HR为0.66(95%CI:0.52～0.81)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染的胃癌患者较未感染者预后较好。
