吸烟对男性精液参数、精子功能及睾酮影响的研究

摘要：

为探讨吸烟对精液参数、精子功能及血睾酮的影响 ,本文对有生育史的吸烟和不吸烟男子进行了比较研究。结果显示 :B组 (5 1例 ,吸烟≤ 2 0支 /日 ,吸烟时间≤ 10年 )与A组 (38例 ,不吸烟 ) ,精液各参数无明显变化(P >0 .0 5 ) ,但A组与C组 (5 5例 ,吸烟 >2 0支 /日 ,吸烟时间 >10年 )比较 ,则有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。A、B、C三组间HOS、HOP比较无显著性差异 ,而ESC和T值则存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。提示长期大量吸烟可能对精液参数、精子头部DNA双螺旋结构及睾丸间质细胞有不良影响 ,且起始年龄越小 ,量越大 ,时间越长 ,影响越大
