以可靠性为中心的多部件设备预防性维修策略的优化

摘要
基于以可靠性为中心的预防性维修计划对生产的重要性及其制定的复杂性,提出了多部件设备非周期预防性维修计划的优化方法.该方法中的预防性维修分为更换、修理和保养;突发故障用小修处理.为减少维修停机损失,将多个维修作业按照机会维修阈值进行归并.运用马尔可夫决策过程理论,给出了不同维修方式转移概率的表达式,解决了预防性维修策略的组合优化问题.用VB程序仿真求解出了满足设备可靠性要求、且维修成本最小化的预防性维修计划.结果表明,相比对多个部件单独进行更换或修理,所提出方法节约了大量维修成本.
