法律论证适用的人工智能模型

摘要
法律论证适用的人工智能模型是"人工智能与法"研究的核心课题。经过近半个世纪的发展,基于人工智能技术的法律论证建模方法已经进入法律科学领域,运用这种方法可以建立多种规范模型,有助于人们识别、构造论证和比较、评估论证。文章主要从论证框架和论证语义两个层面探讨法律论证适用的人工智能模型。其中,论证框架相当于逻辑句法,关注论证的构造;论证语义相当于逻辑语义,关注论证的评价。
