神经酰胺在非酒精性脂肪性肝病中的作用研究进展

摘要
<正>非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)在欧美国家已取代病毒性肝炎,成为最主要的肝病[1]。近年来研究表明,神经酰胺能阻断胰岛素信号转导,诱发胰岛素抵抗(IR)和炎性反应,提示神经酰胺可能对NAFLD的发病起着重要的作用[2-3]。因此,本文就近年来神经酰胺与NAFLD的研究作一综述。
