摘要：

子宫内膜异位症(内异症)是生育年龄妇女的多发病、常见病。内异症不同的临床分型,主要包括目前最常用的rAFS分期、盆腔深部浸润型内异症分型(包括Koninckx分型、Martin分型、Cha-pron分型和ENZIAN分型),以及预测内异症不孕患者自然妊娠预后的EFI评分和AAGL最新推出的表格评分系统。同时介绍了各分型的特点和不足。到目前为止,还没有令人满意的统一的临床分型,理想的临床分型仍在继续探索中。
