扩增子测序分析助力传统发酵食品微生物群落研究

摘要
高通量测序技术的发展促进了基因组学技术在中国传统发酵食品微生物研究中的应用,而扩增子测序是目前相对成熟且普遍使用的基因组学技术。采用生物信息学方法分析由测序产生的大量序列数据,揭示数据隐藏的生物学信息至关重要。生物信息学贯穿于扩增子测序数据的收集、存储、处理和分析等各个阶段。该文归纳了目前在扩增子数据分析中常用的数据库、算法及生物信息分析工具,总结了近几年基于扩增子测序的生物信息学方法在中国传统发酵食品研究中的应用,为扩增子测序分析技术的改进和发展提供参考。
