<正>白细胞介素18(Interleukin-18,IL-18)最初名为干扰素诱生因子(Interferon gamma inducing factor,IGIF)或白细胞介素1γ,现已了解它有重要的免疫调节和保护功能。它可诱生IFN-γ及Fasl表达,增强IL-2和GM-CSF的活性,可与许多细胞因子相互作用,参与了自身免疫性疾病,变态反应性疾病的发生,在许多疾病
