<正>膝骨性关节炎(KOA)是一种慢性退行性疾病,是引起成年人肌肉骨骼疼痛的最常见来源之一,与疼痛、进行性功能丧失有关,目前尚无治愈方法,其临床管理仍是一个巨大的挑战[1-2]。运动疗法可以减轻疼痛,改善功能障碍。国际骨性关节炎研究学会(OARSI)建议将非手术治疗作为KOA的核心治疗方法,且推荐患者参与自我管理和锻炼计划[3]。因为患者的
