摘要：

对云芝糖肽在免疫调节、抗肿瘤等方面药理活性及其作用机制的最新研究进展作了综述,介绍了云芝糖肽对机体免疫功能的双向调节作用,以及云芝糖肽通过线粒体通路和死亡受体通路诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用机制和抑制前列腺癌干细胞进而预防肿瘤发生的机制。
