超早期高压氧处理对持续脑缺血大鼠血脑屏障通透性的影响

摘要
目的探讨超早期高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen, HBO)处理对持续脑缺血大鼠血脑屏障通透性的影响。方法健康雄性SD大鼠66只, 按数字表法随机分为11组, 即假手术组和脑缺血2、4、6、12、24 h组及HBO处理2、4、6、12、24 h组, 每组6只。脑缺血及HBO组大鼠制备Longa线栓法大脑中动脉栓塞模型。HBO组大鼠造模后10 min内行HBO (0.2 MPa, 1 h)处理。伊文思蓝渗透试验检测各组血脑屏障损伤程度。结果脑缺血组大鼠在缺血4 h时缺血侧血脑屏障通透性达高峰(6.15±1.81), 与脑缺血组(6.15±1.81, 4.64±0.71)相比, HBO组大鼠在脑缺血4 h和12 h时血脑屏障通透性(3.84±1.26, 3.27±0.28)降低最明显, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论超早期HBO处理能减少持续脑缺血大鼠早期脑组织伊文思蓝渗透量, 改善血脑屏障通透性, 对血脑屏障有保护作用, 在脑缺血4 h和12 h时血脑屏障通透性降低最明显。
