中药单提成分对视网膜组织细胞药物干预作用研究

摘要
目的 :筛选对视网膜组织细胞具有药物保护作用的中药成分。方法 :体外细胞培养 ,新生小牛视网膜细胞悬液为研究对象 ,SFA ,苦参碱 ,青藤碱 ,紫草素为处理因素 ,维拉帕米和神经生长因子 (NGF)为处理对照 ,行细胞培养 2 4小时后MTT法检测细胞增殖活性。结果 :SFA对视网膜组织细胞有明显的促增殖作用 ,且呈剂量依赖关系 ;苦参碱轻度促进视网膜组织细胞增殖 ;青藤碱 ,维拉帕米和NGF轻度抑制视网膜组织细胞增殖 ;而紫草素则低浓度时抑制 ,高浓度时促进视网膜组织细胞增殖。结论 :SFA ,苦参碱对视网膜组织细胞具有较好的药物保护作用
