摘要
亚甲蓝作为鸟苷酸环化酶的抑制剂,能减少细胞内环鸟嘌呤核苷单磷酸盐(cGMP)生成,从而防止过量一氧化氮介导的血管平滑肌舒张作用,升高平均动脉压和体循环阻力,减少机体对血管收缩剂的需求,并且增加心肌收缩力,改善组织灌注,降低血浆乳酸的水平。文章就亚甲蓝稳定血流动力学的作用机制及其临床应用进行综述。
