<正>冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患病率在全球范围逐年增长,已经成为死亡的主要原因之一。由于相当一部分人群的临床表现不典型,很多人在急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndromes,ACS)发生后才得到治疗。即使是得到治疗的患者,由于高危斑块难于发现,再发ACS的概率仍然相当高。近年来的临床试验中,人们发现斑块特性与冠状动脉重
