<正>冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD),简称冠心病,是一种老年人常见的心血管疾病,冠状动脉损伤早期常缺乏明显的临床表现,故而诊断时多处于疾病的中晚期,导致患者的预后差和过多的医疗花费〔1,2〕。寻找一些有效的内源性生物因子监测冠心病的早期动脉病变,具有重要的临床应用价值〔3〕。本研究拟检测CHD患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、超敏
