山葵提取物对小鼠巨噬细胞的体外活化作用

摘要
目的:探讨山葵使巨噬细胞活化的机制。方法:将山葵粉(头)提取物按1∶20、1∶200、1∶2000浓度稀释后分别加入体外培养的小鼠巨噬细胞中,于6hr、12hr、24hr、36hr后分别收集细胞培养上清,采用ELISA方法检测细胞因子NO、IL-6、IL-12及TNF-α的含量。结果:山葵提取物(浓度≥5mg/ml)作用于小鼠巨噬细胞后6hr、12hr、24hr、36hr培养上清NO的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-6、IL-12及TNF-α的含量与对照组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:山葵提取物可使小鼠巨噬细胞大量产生NO,而对IL-6、IL-12及TNF-α影响较小。
