The paper makes an essential summary and comment on the network of organizations and its governance structure from three aspects.(1)Indicating the conception of network of organization and its accumulation development through reviewing the main network idea among the various kinds of organization theory.(2)Putting forward the differentiation and main trends of the strategic alliances and the network based collaboration through commenting.(3)Offering three analytical frames and comments of governance structure. The paper’s conclusion is that articulation of trust with other mechanisms and matching structures are crucial to avoiding the limit of trust in the network organization.
