摘要
<正>痉挛状态是阻碍上运动神经元损伤患者功能恢复的重要因素[1]。国内外临床曾使用的干预措施包括口服药物、物理疗法、肉毒素、牵伸、小夹板、鞘内注射等[2-4],其中见效较快、效果最好的当属肉毒素注射,然而肉毒素注射疗法属于一种侵入性治疗措施,需要操作者具有很高的注射技术,使用过量会引起肌无力,患者的接受度不高。因此,迫切需要探索新的干预措施弥补上述缺陷。最近有文献报道,体外冲击波治疗可以改善上运动神经元损
