日本对虾血细胞分类、密度及组成

摘要：

对日本对虾（Penaeus japonicus）血细胞进行超显微结钩观察,提出血细胞分为无颗粒细胞、小颗粒细胞和大颗粒细胞3类。血细胞密度因蜕皮期不同而异,C期较低,D2期较高平均密度3.896～8.66×10～4cell/ml/ind。3类细胞比例为0.6～2.7,79.2～84.4,14.8～20.1％。当镰刀菌感染时,血细胞密度下降为对照组的54.3％,小颗粒细胞比例减少,大颗粒细胞增加。当养殖密度增加及水温降低时,血细胞密度不同程度下降,组成比例也发生变化。
