<正>血栓弹力图(TEG)于1948年由Harter等[1]发明,20世纪80年代后开始应用于临床,是一种重要、准确、快速的临床出、凝血监测方法。2004年,美国血液技术公司基于TEG技术研发了血小板图试验,为临床带来了快速、准确监测血小板聚集功能的新技术,为其临床应用开拓了更为广阔的空间。TEG检测技术于20世纪90年代中期引进我国并应用于临床研究。2006年,TEG在我国上市,从而开创我国心脑血管病抗血小板
