摘要：

2008年的国际金融危机使得政策制定者需要超越单纯的微观金融监管制度,即应适时采用宏观审慎政策。致力于维护金融稳定的宏观审慎政策,除了遏制系统性风险与金融体系内在亲周期性之外,还应关注宏观经济与金融体系的相互作用。宏观审慎政策工具包括时间与空间两个维度,但目前理论界对工具有效性的评价明显不足。未来我国宏观审慎政策的研究重点应定位于有利于宏观审慎政策工具实施及其有效性的相关问题方面,突出宏观审慎政策研究的实用性和针对性。
