摘要
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是一门年轻的学科。曾民德教授作为我国脂肪性肝病研究的先驱,结合自己科研成果和临床体会,潜心参阅百余篇文献,总结为"脂肪性肝病研究的关切点"一文。该文从临床流行病学和自然史、病理生理和组织病理、临床评估和无创性诊断、综合处理及药物治疗靶点等方面介绍了NAFLD的研究进展和发展方向。特别是在病理生理方面,对一些新的视点如肠-脑-肝轴和肠-肝轴、脂肪毒、线粒体功能不全和内质网应激等作了入木三分的阐述和评价。对肝脏病工作者,尤其是脂肪性肝病研究的学者这无疑是一篇非常难得的指导性文件。
