新生代农民工工作嵌入测量量表构建——社区嵌入的调节作用

摘要
新生代农民工工作嵌入包括6个维度,分别是:组织匹配、组织关系网络、组织损失、社区关系网络、社区生活环境、社区损失。二阶因素分析表明工作嵌入由组织嵌入和社区嵌入两个层面构成。经过检验,量表具有良好的信度和效度。进一步研究表明,组织嵌入和社区嵌入均对回乡工作意愿具有显著的负向影响。社区嵌入在组织嵌入和回乡工作意愿之间具有显著的正向调节作用。
