<正> 我国是慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染高发区,3岁以上人口中感染率高达9.09%,全国约1.3亿人口感染 HBV,部分慢性 HBV 感染者在病情演变过程中可合并肿瘤,在用细胞毒和免疫抑制药物治疗中,可能发生药物所致的 HBV再激活,导致肝功能损害,甚至出现暴发性肝功能衰竭,导致患者死亡,应引起国内临床医师重视。以往常将 HBV
