食用菌对镉的富集作用及其机理的研究概况

摘要
研究证实,食用菌具有富集甚至超富集重金属元素的生理特性。镉(Cd)是食用菌中对人体危害性最大的重金属元素之一。本文结合国内外对食用菌中重金属的研究现状,综述了食用菌对Cd的富集作用及富集机理,特别是野生食用菌对Cd的富集作用。
