<正>双相情感障碍(Bipolar disorder,BD)是一种临床上常见的精神科疾患,主要临床特征为情绪的转变:既有躁狂或轻躁狂发作,又有抑郁发作的一类心境障碍。目前双相情感障碍的诊断只能依靠专业精神科医师的精神状况检查,治疗主要针对临床症状,锂盐是主要治疗药物之一[1],针对双相情感障碍的
