转抗虫基因杂交稻的配制及田间表现

摘要
以质粒 pBUSCK HPT作抗虫基因供体 ,优良籼型恢复系SH5 2 7为受体 ,采用基因枪转化法 ,获得了转抗虫基因sck的植株 .通过自交和选择剂潮霉素B的筛选 ,筛选到选择标记基因纯合的单株 (T2代 ) .将纯合单株与不育系G4 6A ,D6 2A和D70 2A杂交 ,获得转抗虫基因杂交稻 .分子证据和蛋白质测定表明 ,外源基因能稳定地转移到杂交稻中并正确表达 .农艺性状测定显示 ,转基因杂交稻与对照相比 ,抗虫性有所提高 ,其它性状没有发生变化 .作者还讨论了转基因技术在水稻育种中的作用 .
