摘要：

氨来呫诺(amlexanox)过去主要用来治疗哮喘和复发性口腔溃疡等,非经典的IKK相关的酶IKKε和TBK1的近来研究证实其能调节肥胖小鼠的能量代谢、胰岛素敏感性和慢性炎症。氨来呫诺通过阻断IKKε和TBK1信号途径,减轻慢性炎症、促进胰岛素敏感性,减少可逆性体重,减轻肝脏脂肪变性,是一个极有前景的治疗肥胖病和2型糖尿病的药物。
