摘要：

近年来,随着可持续性发展以及社会和谐概念的提出,联合国有关组织、国家、城市及社区越来越依靠社会指标体系来监测社会发展变化,评价社会。文章通过简要分析和概述国外社会指标应用与研究的重要历史阶段及最新的发展趋势,讨论了对我国建设低收入预警社会指标体系的启示。
