两种主要兰花病毒的快速检测初报

摘要：

采用组织涂抹酶联免疫吸附技术，对本单位近年引入的部分优良洋兰品种进行2种主要病毒，（即ORSV和Cymv）的快速检测。结果表明，蝴蝶兰和文心兰极易感染Cymv病毒，带毒品种分别占被测品种的45.5％和57.1％；石斛兰对这2种病毒具有较强的抗性，大花蕙兰较易感染ORSV病毒。
