老老年高血压:现状与问题

摘要：

80岁以上的老老年人口增长迅速,高血压是这个群体常见的慢性病,患病率高、危害性大。虽然已经认识到了老老年高血压治疗的特殊性,但基于相关资料不足,还没有任何指南可以明确提出老老年高血压的降压治疗起点和目标血压值。已有的老老年高血压研究的不同试验关于老老年人血压与预后关系的结论存在差异,其原因可能与存在混杂因素相关。目前降压治疗研究多数支持老老年高血压降压有益,样本量最大的HYVET 试验初步证实降压效益,其正式结果值得期盼。
