摘要：

原发性心肌病是一类原因不明、以心功能障碍为主要特征的心肌病变。扩张型心肌病约占原发性心肌病的70%～80%。目前扩张型心肌病发病机制分为三类:病毒感染、自身免疫炎症反应、遗传因素。炎症反应是介导扩张型心肌病发生的重要机制,正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)是一种新的炎症标志物,与C反应蛋白属于PTX家族。现主要针对穿透素3这种新的炎症标志物与扩张型心肌病关系的研究进展做一综述。
