摘要：

奈必洛尔是一种兼有血管扩张作用的选择性 β1受体阻滞剂 ,它通过加强一氧化氮的作用而发挥额外的扩血管作用。在高血压治疗中 ,奈必洛尔具有疗效显著、服药方便、不良反应少等优点 ,是一个新的有前途的降压药物。
