摘要：

卒中后失语症是由于卒中导致的获得性语言障碍, 对卒中患者的生活质量造成严重影响, 给社会和家庭带来很大负担。因预后因素高度多变, 使得预测卒中后失语症恢复变得困难。研究显示, 卒中后失语症恢复与患者及病变相关的因素有关。本研究从患者相关的因素和病变(卒中)相关因素进行文献检索, 分析二者对卒中后失语症恢复的影响。结果发现与患者相关的因素对失语症恢复的影响并不明显, 与病变(卒中)相关的因素与失语症恢复之间有较强的相关性。提示临床医生在评估卒中后失语症患者的干预措施和预后时, 应更多的考虑与病变相关的因素。
