“双高”电力系统大扰动稳定性:问题、挑战与展望

摘要
随着能源绿色化转型的不断深入,电力系统呈现出高比例可再生能源和高比例电力电子设备的"双高"特性。电力系统动态特性正在发生深刻的改变,诸多新型稳定问题逐渐凸显。该文关注"双高"电力系统中的大扰动稳定问题,首先对常见的大扰动失稳现象进行总结归纳,然后结合"双高"电力系统的特性与需求,探讨了现有理论方法的不足以及面临的关键挑战,最后展望了未来"双高"电力系统大扰动稳定性理论与方法的可能发展道路。
