PCR-SSCP(PolymeraseChainReaction-SingleStrandComformationPolymorphism,聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态性)是基于PCR的单链构象多态性分子标记技术,可用于DNA已知突变或未知变异分析。该技术具有快速、简便、灵敏的特点,可有效检测出碱基置换、缺失、插入等基因变异。本文介绍了该技术的原理、技术改进及其应用的新进展。
