<正>肩部疼痛和运动障碍在人群中比较常见,其中肩胛骨在肩关节疼痛,特别是肩关节撞击综合征中扮演了不容忽视的角色。肩胛运动障碍的定义为:肩胛骨在静止位或者动态移动过程中位置或轨迹的改变,以及肩胛部肌肉力量的变化对正常肩关节功能的某些方面所造成的影响[1]。越来越多的研究证明肩关节撞击综合征、肩袖损伤及肩关节的不稳定与肩胛骨的位置和运动轨迹的不正常相关[2—4]。以前曾认为,肩关节及肩胛骨运动轨迹异常是由于肩胛-胸部肌肉力量整体
