摘要
有研究表明,创业投资并不遵循均衡发展的规律,而是表现出一定的集聚性。创业投资的集聚性不仅仅表现为地域集聚,而且还表现为投资产业和投资阶段的集聚。本文在文献梳理的基础上,围绕创业投资地域、产业和阶段集聚这三种主要集聚方式对现有研究进行了系统述评,然后从现象出发对各种创业投资集聚的驱动因素和影响效应等问题进行了多方面的探讨和分析,最后基于对创业投资集聚研究现状的详细剖析,有针对性地对未来研究进行了展望。
