摘要：

用透射电子显微镜观察了鲶成熟精巢中的精细胞和精子。结果表明,两者均由头部、中片和鞭毛组成。精细胞较精子体积大,细胞器丰富,中心粒具有9×3结构。精子中片内线粒体发达,近侧和远侧中心粒均靠近核的中央,鞭毛呈9×2+2的轴丝结构。
