摘要
一般认为, 脑卒中后瘫痪肢体肌萎缩是废用性的。但新近研究发现, 卒中病灶对侧脊髓前角运动神经元继发性损害, 运动单位减少, 导致肌肉失神经支配, 在肌萎缩和肌纤维类型改变中起重要作用。本文就脑卒中后瘫痪肢体肌肉萎缩和失神经支配的现象和发生机制进行综述, 为临床评估和机制研究提供参考。
