肝胆外科患者营养支持的现状、争议与前沿

摘要：

肝胆外科患者极易出现术前营养不良,但肝胆外科医师的临床营养知识和对外科营养的重视程度仍有待提高。合理的围手术期营养支持治疗可以调节机体免疫、调控血糖、维护组织与器官功能,进而提高外科治疗效果。加速康复外科及微创外科的发展为肝胆外科患者早期实施肠内营养提供了更大的可能。营养支持的目的已不仅仅在于提供营养底物,更可通过添加特殊营养底物而改善患者的预后。外科营养已从"营养支持"向"营养治疗"过渡。
