摘要：

以大数据、移动互联网、人工智能等为代表的现代信息技术革命催生了数字经济,形成了一种新型的数字化经济及商业模式,本文基于国家自然科学基金委员会第201期双清论坛的研讨结果,概述了数字经济时代下我国企业运营与服务创新管理面临的重大挑战和机遇,梳理了运营管理学科在物流与供应链管理、生产与质量管理、服务运作管理三个前沿领域的主要理论成果,并提出了三个前沿领域的未来研究方向。以期探索和凝练数字经济时代下企业运营与服务创新管理的新机遇、新理论、新方法,为我国企业的产业经济转型升级提供决策依据。
