摘要：

目的:探讨鱼肉和鸡肉中磺胺类药物残留的测定方法。方法:用放射免疫方法检测鱼肉和鸡肉中磺胺类抗生素的残留量。结果:对样品加标10μg/kg,分别对鱼肉和鸡肉进行18次和16次测定,精密度分别为5.4%和6.9%,最低检出限为10μg/kg。结论:该方法不仅简便、快捷而且具有较高的灵敏度和特异度,可作为兽药残留检测的初筛实验。
